Description:
  A terminal server providing interfaces to connect and manage a WCell server (http://wcell.org).
  Telnet/PuTTy interfaces, IRC interface, Web interface.

Requirements:
  Visual Studio 2010 (or other IDE/make tool that supports VS 2010 project files)
  .NET Framework 4.0
