Displays SABnzbd information on a CrystalFontz LCD screen (20x4) using my dynamic json classes

To use, add a "ApiKey.xml" file that contains your sabnzbd api key to the SABnzbLCD project,
and make sure the build action is set to Content, Copy to Output Directory is set to Copy Always.
