Visual Studio 2012/2013 plugin: Attaching to w3wp.exe before loading .NET CLR in IIS 8.0 or later. Use this command instead of F5 debugging on Web Application Project. (It enables Visual Studio to activate breakpoint on initial .NET code like global.asax.cs or whatever.)

This extension is registered in Visual Studio Gallery. So you can download and install in Visual Studio Extension Manager.
