This is a self learning project, implementing chat Using Vuejs with Vuex in typescript falvor. Using SignalR. Creating claims and validation using JWT token. AES encryption will be used, to encrypt messages and users id. functions ready. (Aeshandler.cs).

Create db by using DB.sql run npm install.
