Creates JSON from Workplan Executable tree within STEP-NC with the following format:
Command Line Argument 0 = Output File, Format = full path to file Ex: "C:\test\test.txt"
Command Line Argument 1 = Input File, Format = .stpnc file Ex: "v14_HARDMOLDY_IMTS.stpnc"
Also make sure that one of the below example files are in the same directory as Program.cs
