spaceShooter

Details: In this term project, you are asked to design, implement, and present a single-player space shooter game. The space shooter shoots enemies and get coins. The game has different level with increasing complexity and challenges. There are different weapons you can use but each weapon has price and speed. The more the price, the faster the weapon goes up. Requirements:

  • The space shooter moves right and left only
  • The enemies move right and left only
  • When you shoot an enemy, you get coins
  • When you buy a weapon, you lose coins
  • The player should only use the keyboard to play and not the mouse
  • When you kill an enemy, the enemy should disappear with sound effect
  • The weapon (bullet), moves only upward with different speed based on the used weapon
  • At level one, the enemies don’t move. On level 2, the enemies move right and left. On level 3, the enemies shoot down to the space shooter
  • If the enemies kill the space shooter, then the space shooter loses one soul. You only have 3 souls
  • Make sure to use a menu for the upper buttons on the image below
  • All of the numbers in the statistics form should be calculated using LINQ queries
  • Makes sure to use list collections to store data
  • Feel free to change the design and the colors in the game but make sure you stick to the rules of the game
