Currently this is very much a work in progress.  I developed only enough to
solve a very specific need on another project.  This project required the 
interaction of a 'REST' service serving unreliable XML data.  This project is
the result of attempting to address the issues faced when dealing with that
service.

I'm unresolved as to if or how much further I may take this project.
