Sample application to test C# signMessage and verifyMessage functionality
The first person make this program correctly sign and verify messages compatible with Bitcoin-QT will recieve a 1 BTC reward.
Requirements:
- No additional external dependencies
- No additional dlls
- Must be all managed code and work also work on Mono.
- Must pass the simple test in program.cs at the least
