A tiny Windows application written in C# - allows you to apply patches generated by IDA (.dif format).

Just select both .dif and target file and drop them over the application UI. Hit "Dry Run" button if you just need to test the patch file, or "Patch if you need to apply.

"Always On Top" option is also available.
