Ribbon Add-in that saves reports to the local network

1. Close all open excel documents
2. Go to \\br3615gaps\gaps\Excel Add-Ins\Prerequisites\
3. Install .Net 4.0 (dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe)
4. Install VSTO (vstor_redist.exe)
5. Go to \\br3615gaps\gaps\Excel Add-Ins\SaveWorkbook\publish
6. Run "setup"
