#####What's (magically) implemented:
- Join network using XML RPC protocol
- Master election using bully algorithm
- Mutual Exclusion using Centralized Mutual Exclusion
- Mutual Exclusion using the guys with the funny name Mutual Exclusion a.k.a Ricart Agrawala
#####What's (bananaly) not implemented:
- Auto election on dead master node
- Neat logging and exceptions handling
