This doesn't really a lot of configuration options.
Config:
Enabled - Whether the plugin should run
Localization:
trainunlocker_undid_lock - Message shown in red to the player that attempted to lock the train.
Simple rocket plugin to unlock any trains on an unturned map on a timer. It's useful for servers where the train plays a major part in battles and players don't have stealy wheelies.
