Fork of the Java version 9.8 that was released on 2019-04-09

Mass conversion was made on Java code with a converter, adjustments are still required to have a working code.

I need some strong CSharp programmers to help me out on this quest. Thanks !

Somes files in the "components" folder (ListDiskStatuses.cs, ListDiskStatusesImpl.cs) and all the sub-items from the "database" folder were ommited from the VS solution because they require a lot of work at this time.
