The MyEMSL MTS File Cache Manager is a part of PRISM, the Proteomics Research Information and Management System. The software processes the MyEMSL Download Queue in the Mass and Time Tag System (MTS) to download files required for processing. Metadata is tracked in tables T_MyEMSL_Cache_Task and T_MyEMSL_FileCache in MT_Main on a given MTS server.
