Simple app to calculate the performance of any forecasting time series against a time series of observations.

Download the PerformanceCalculator.zip file, unzip it to a folder of choice and execute PerformanceCalculator.exe to run the program.

Much of the code in this app has been released from the Aquiloz Wind Power Prediction system which uses similar logic to calculate performance of forecasting time series.

This application compiles down to a single executable. I realize that it could be useful to split this project into several assemblies, as some of the code could be useful on it's own and reused in other applications and libraries. I have not done this becuase it has not been my scope. As it is now, it is very easy to copy to customers and project partners and they can run the program on their time series files with no more hassle.

Also, this application has been created in a very short time, there is a lot that can be added in terms of parallelism (processing forecast files), background threading, and error handling in the GUI. For anyone interested, please enhance and contribute.
