First download the project and open it.

There is a database backup named as EMS.bak. This database has a default admin user which has been created.
username : admin
password : admin

You can open the project from visual studio and run it after restoring the database.

After login to the system with above credentials you can see the main menu and the commands will be displayed in blue colour.
