This is an exercise based on Mark Seeman's "Outside-In Test Driven Development" PluralSight course. This project is developed in VS2015. Instead of using the WebApi selfhosting as demonstrated in Mark's course, this project uses Owin. Owin in-memory testing is used in the acceptance tests project
