Purpose of program complex LibiadaWeb is analysis of ordered arrays of character data (sequences) using instrument of order analysis.
In particular, LibiadaWeb processes:
- Genetic sequences (in the form of DNA / RNA triplets, amino acids).
- Literary works (in the form of letters and normalized (using phpMorphy) words).
- Musical works (in the form of notes, measures and fmotifs).
- The arrays of numerical measurements of custom nature.
