Policy Management Tool [pmtool]

Initially created as diploma project of Roman Oderov.
A GUI-tool for efficient and easy management of RBAC-based access control policies within an organisation.

Functionality:
* Create a policy based on RBAC-model. Add data about your users, roles, privileges, etc.
* Visualize a policy with different diagrams (e.g. User-Role mapping, etc.)
* Manage policies by means of visual modeling tools
