This is a simple set of samples around integrating with Yammer from .net.

BasicHelloWorld is a simple demonstrator project that shows a few ASP.NET and web page samples.
DocumentDiscussions is a more full SharePoint app that contains some embed parts as well as remote event receivers
that record actions in SharePoint and push them back to SharePoint.
YammerForOffice is a simple Office App that shows a Yammer embed.
