UWP Library

This class library includes an Attached Property Universal.Attached.Flyout that alllows you to add a TemplatedFlyout that solves:

• Dissapear Parent Flyout when Child Flyout appears.
• Keep Flyout open when virtual keyboard dissapears.

I have created the Effect Saturation attachable with bindable saturation value, and size change detection in XAML.
