Console Application which sorts Name dates from the csv file. Console Application takes in three arguments:

• First argument is required: date as a default (Date Syntax "yyyy-MM-dd")
• Second argument is optional: csv-filepath as a default it is Nimet.csv from the root directory of the program. (Syntax: C:\temp\OtherNames.csv)
• Third argument is optional: DateSyntax with what you may re-configure the dateSyntax to wanted one from the default date syntax "yyyy-MM-dd"
