{A simple web app that allows users to play rock paper Scissors}

Specs:

• Behavior input Input example: Rock Vs. Paper output Example: Paper Wins.

• Behavior input Input example: Rock Vs. Scissors output Example: Rock

• Behavior input Input example: Rock Vs. Rock output Example: Tie.

• Behavior input Input example: Paper Vs. paper output Example: Tie.

• Behavior input Input example: Paper Vs. Scissors output Example: Scissors

• Behavior input Input example: Scissors Vs. Scissors output Example: Tie

• Behavior input Input example: Scissors Vs. rock output Example: rock wins

• clone from git repository
• https://github.com/LeeMellon/RockPaperScissors.git
• navigate to clone directory
• run "> dotnet restore" from console.
• direct your web browser to http://localhost:5000;

Not the best app ever, but it doesn't crash...yet.
