A Kinect demo program based on XNA architecture(C# XNA)
There are some steps of functional demos:

Ping-pong demo The player can use single hand to control the pad to move to hit the running ball.

Change head demo The player can change the head figure by moving his hand to his fronthead

Lightsaber demo The player can put his right hand onto his upper left shoulder to show/hide his lightsaber. As the lightsaber is showed, he can use his both hands to play this lightsaber.

Fight demo The player can rise&cross his both hands onto his head to enter a fighting game. In this game, this player can use his both hands to play this lightsaber to destroy the flying rocks.
