##How to run DocumentUploader.Console
Run: scripts\init_minion.ps1
In the command line:
-
minion bootstrap
-
minion clean, build
-
To run the unit tests: minion run.unit.tests.dbg
-
To run the integration tests:
1)Add a folder named "testconfigs" to the root directory
2)In that folder add 3 files, "credentials.txt", "file.txt" and "refreshToken.txt"
3)For "credentials.txt": Add the credentials for the Google Account you want to run the IT's in.
4)For "refreshToken.txt": Add the refreshToken for the Google Account you want to run the IT's in (You can use Goul to do this).
5)run.integration.tests.dbg
The executable is run from DocumentUploader.Console and is located in bin\debug\DocumentUploader.Console.exe
Commands: - "help"
=> Shows the help message.
- "setcredentials *ClientID ClientSecret*"
=> Sets the credentials to the specified values,
- "listcredentials"
=> Lists the credentials
- "clearcredentials"
=> Clears the credentials file
- "getauthorizationurl"
=> Retrieves a url to the Google authorization process, based on the given credentials
- "authorize *AuthorizationCode*"
=> Creates a refresh token based on the auth code retrieved from the 'getauthorizationurl" command
- "upload *PathOfTheFileToUpload* *TitleOfTheFileOnGoogle*"
=> Uploads a file from the given path, to the bound Google Account, with the given title
##Setup Instructions
Run the "setcredentials" command with the credentials (clientId/clientSecret) => Retrieve this from the Google Apis Console
Run the "listcredentials" command to make sure that it worked
Run the "getauthorizationurl" command
Copy the url which is printed out and open the link in a browser
If you aren't logged into your Google account, Google will ask you to log in before you can continue. Log into the account you want to bind to the DocUploader
If you are already logged in, make sure you're in the Google Account you want to bind to the DocumentUploader
Accept the permissions request.
Copy the code given on the next page
Go back to your shell and run the "authorize" command with the code you just copied
You should now be able to upload files to the bound Google Account, using the "upload" command.
