ModHQ is an asset explorer and modding solution for Age of Mythology. The goal is to provide tools that are fun and easy to use while still allowing for powerful data editing.
- Extract (Alpha, Beta, & Release) and compress (Release) BAR files
- Convert DDT textures (u32, palette, DXT1, DXT5, gray8) to PNG images
- Convert BTX textures (u32) to PNG images
- Convert XMB to/from XML
- Provide a proto(x) data configuration viewer
- Provide an interactive UI gadget viewer
- Provide a file explorer for the major BAR files
- Watch for changes of converted XMB files and automatically re-archive
