CardTradeBot (CTB) is written in C# with the help of the libraries SteamKit2, SteamAuth and Newtonsoft.Json CTB takes control over an account and handles the tradeoffers and cardfarming for this account. CTB can also be used on the main account, it won't disconnect you, you can continue do your thing and CTB will handle specific tradeoffers and farm your cards.
