File Management System

This project made in Jerusalem College of Technology is implements a system to management and organization of files. The user can create a new file, delete and update a file or edit records in the file. The system enables user to see the file properties and its load factor, when he creates a new file the load factor is used as part of a key, which created by Hash efficient functions so you can get to your files. The system was built in C ++ and user interface in C #.
