Smart Home SMS is a simple C# program which talks with ZTE-MF823 USB cellular modem.
Compile the VS 2019 project and run SmartHome_SMS.exe
- ZTE MF-823 USB Cellular Modem
- Windows with .NET 4.7.2 or latest Mono
