The tactics designer is a tool aimed at coaches designing plays for Ultimate. It has a variety of cool features:
- Video output
- Curved disc flight
- Trigger one player to start moving based on the position of another
- Variable speeds for players and disc
- Link frames together so that changes in one are reflected in another

The main Playbook project builds in Visual Studio 2010 (and probably earlier builds as well) and Visual C# 2010 express.
To build the installer you need a full copy of Visual Studio 2010.
