Heck has frozen over (again!) and HeckVAC Repairman Tiberius Beelz Deeper is suiting up to burn his way through every Circle of Heck (TM) to fix the problem. On the way he'll recruit hostile frosty demons by reigniting them and delving into the coldest depths of Heck.
