GUI to manage git repositories

• Create new repo(s) either blank or with options such as --bare
• Delete repo(s)
• Move repo(s)
• Clone repo(s)
• Apply labels to repo(s) allowing them to be filtered
• Apply status to repo(s) allowing them to be filtered
• Store repo label file locally or remotely
