Export Plan Logs

This API AddIn demonstrates:

1. The use of the ModelHelpers in the SimioAPI.Extensions DLL
2. How to create DataTables from Plan Logs (using .NET reflection)
3. How to attach to a Model Save event to write the DataTables as XML

This requires the use of a Simio RPS license.
