Wayleaves Information system is a web based information system designed to meet the challenges and data needs of UETCL Projects Implementation Department during RAP implementation. WIS was designed to meet the following main objectives; minimize paperwork, produce accurate and timely reports, enhance security of Wayleaves information, integrate Wayleaves data with existing GIS, keep track of budgeted vs actual expenditure, as well as avail Wayleaves data to all relevant stakeholders regardless of location
