Inspired by VocabBubble. Reads all available *.txt files in its folder, then shows each line as a toast at random, with an inteval of 5 minutes. Supposedly, each line in file consists of several items, seprated by tabs. Each item is displayed on a new line in notification (e.g. Some term \t Definition \t Examples \t etc).
Requirements: Windows 8/8.1/10, .Net.
