C# dotnet core WebHCat Client

This a simple C# Core Using the HCatalog REST API (WebHCat)

i wanted to write some application that will auto create tables in hadoop hive, so i searched over google but there was none that mached me requirements, so created the client Using the HCatalog REST API (WebHCat).
