Uses System.Data.SQLite - an ADO.NET provider for SQLite.
Copy the following files from sqlite directory to bin directory:
- SQLite.Interop.dll
- System.Data.SQLite.dll
- Советская Сибирь newspaper archive (1919-1945) in PDF format
- Красный Север newspaper archive (1917-1963) in PDF format
