build

1. download VS 2013 express web.
2. install packages from nuget.
3. build.
4. attach DB files under web project to SQL Express.
5. Refresh.

DB changes: in DB project, add changes and publish to DB.

Model change: We use code first to utilize Entity Framework. All you need to do is to match table name with class name and Property name with column name.
