Install
	1.copy *.dll to  your website/bin
		Oracle10g:
			Oracle.DataAccess.dll
			Oracle.DataAccess.resources.dll
			OraOps10w.dll 
		Oracle11g:
			Oracle.DataAccess.dll
			Oracle.DataAccess.resources.dll
			OraOps11w.dll 
	2.upload OracleProviders.dll and configure it
