It is a console application

User type in space delimited string and press enter to execute rules

Rule will output files with specified name

Ouput file path can be easily reconfigured

All the characters in the rules can be easily reconfigured without restarting the application

Rules can be add stop or remove without restarting the application

Reconfiguratin is done by updating appsetting.json file
