The latest .NET Framework is recommended (older version may or may not work) Built & tested on windows 7.

If you use OSX or linux, it will probably works too if you can run other .NET programs (with mono/.NET core) : tell us !

Download the latest release and just unzip the file. No installation required.

@todo Opening dialog box, and basic navigation/menu/features description (best - separate info github doc for this one with screenshots, I can handle the DOC subject)
