Set Twitter consumer key and secret in src\TwitterChallenge.Wires\Config\Setup.cs file.

Please, run TwitterChallenge.Web for actual web application, pre-installation or database setup don't needed. If you would like to run Unit Test, set TwitterChallenge.AppConsole as start project and run it.
