Usage

run PhotoGridSharp.exe
click the "New Header" button
right click the "Image" cell in the newly creater header item
a context menu allows you to add images from disk
add descriptions (optional)
choose the color and text positioning options (optional)
click preview or press F7 to see what the final image would look like
click the save button to save the generated collage to disk
