To install the program, use either the setup.exe file or VoiceToTextEditorPackage.msi file

To transcribe audio, open an audio file using the "Open..." menu item under "File" or click the record button to record audio to transcribe. Then click the "Transcribe" button.

To import a transcript, click on the "Import Transcript" menu item under "File"

To export a transcript, click on the "Export Transcript" menu item under "File"
