AWS S3 simple command line tool derived (and bugs fixed) from http://s3.codeplex.com

Added functionality:

• automatic installation of downloaded *.msi files, with properties taken from *.ini
• local folder creation during get /sub, with names derived from object key/prefix
• delete command
• /profile[:name] option
