Pipeline is a project to allow civic coding teams to share plans for their work in order to collaborate. It's a prototype project from LocalGov Digital
It's heavily based on an old version of the Roadkill codebase.
To setup Roadkill on a developer machine, you will need:
- Visual Studio 2017
- SQLite & SQL Server Compact Toolbox
- Pull down master branch
- Aquire SqlLite database
- Run from visual studio.
