WCF Streaming server and client

WCF Streaming - send large file from client to server. using upload The WCF streaming also use a WCF Client and server on port 8030 for control. Control like which files are send , to start sending and many API calls. The initial code is commited first without having compile, due to remove all object and binary and arranging the code I will soon compile it all . if you wish to get it sonner compile , please send a message.
