choose BlueSpursTest.WebAPI as your default startup project.

You can run the project directly from VS using IISExpress, Or publish the web application to IIS.

in the case of IISExpress - navigate to https://localhost:44331/swagger/ui/index to see the api in action.

I did not find the currency information in the wallmart and bestbuy external web apis,

so I assumed it is CAD price for simplicity.
