Eggplant protein sequence analyzer Eggplant is a proteomics solution. Here is the code of the core library used for prediction of primary and secondary structure of protein. The sequence alignment problem for protein molecules is also given here. We are working on the complete dot net version of this program. First release of the GUI program will be released soon .
