Readout software for Beam Rotation Sensors developed by the Eöt-Wash group for the LIGO seismic isolation systems.

The program should be able to run from the executable in the /bin/debug but if not one can recompile the code using Visual Studio. All packages should already be in the repo.

This software had been developed significantly before being moved to this repository so some of the authors listed are not represented in the git history.
